Positive: The Villa is wonderful with amazing pool area and a fabulous terrace for eating al fresco, lots of sun loungers etc.. The villa has everything you need in terms of appliances, crockery, utensils. Slightly outdated in terms of furniture but the views and outdoor areas make up for this :-)

Negative: I would recommend car hire if staying again. It is about 3/4km from Begur and taxis in and out were about euro16/18 each way. The walk down to Sa Riera beach has many steps (over 300) so a journey back from the Supermarket with shopping would require a taxi. Some basic items like toilet paper, bin bags etc should be a min. requirement in a rental property, We had one roll of toilet paper between 4 toilets on arrival. Also the key should be in a lock box outside the villa, we had to go to a nearby town to pick up and drop off which was an inconvenience.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay but would definitely hire a car if returning again.
